We create and support many events for our shopping centre/retail clients. We know that, other than their customers enjoying the experience, it’s also priority to ensure the event increases footfall, dwell time and customer engagement. Most of all it needs to increase customer spend and, with one of our game shows this, can be done.
One of our fun game show event experiences to encourage increased customer footfall and spend is our ‘Shop…Spin…Win’ concept. We recently brought this to the West Orchards Shopping Centre, Coventry and spent the weekend there. We provide the stage, star cloth, sound system, technician, promotional crew, game show host and, of course, the all-important Wheel of Fortune prop!
Our customer engagement concept is always well received by shoppers and retailers. We’re pleased the client and retailers have seen a dramatic increase in customer footfall and spend during and after an event.
