Our ‘Summer Community Park’ event will soon be closing but we’re pleased to announce that it will end on a spectacular high with the appearance of children’s favourite, Cbeebies Mister Maker doing two LIVE 30 minute shows with us on Sat 30th Aug at Runcorn Shopping Centre, Cheshire.
Mini Makers can sing-a-long to catchy songs, watch creative makes and have lots of fun. There’s even a chance for one lucky family to meet Mister Maker in person (details below).
We’ve been working with Runcorn Shopping Centre by putting together a bespoke summer entertainment event for shoppers & families to enjoy during the school holidays. Inside the centre, there’s a grassed area complete with band stand and since the last week in July, we’ve been proudly showcasing a fantastic mix of local talent across a variety of ages.
Shoppers, children & families have stopped to sit on our park benches or on the grass, have a snack & drink and been entertained by solo singers, duos, dancers, musicians, singer/songwriters, a local deaf signing choir (performing to music), a local Samba band, performances & appearances by Disney Stars – Cinderella, Snow White, Belle, Rapunzel, Elsa and Anna from Frozen along with Captain Jack Sparrow. To help us bring our hugely successful ‘Summer Community Park’ to a spectacular end, we’re pleased to be adding Cbeebies Mister Maker to the line-up for Sat 30th Aug.

We’re expecting a very busy shopping centre on Sat 30th Aug, so we recommend you arrive early to enjoy the day with us. The Mister Maker 30 minute LIVE shows will be at 1pm & 2.30pm and don’t worry if you don’t get close enough to watch him make his arts & crafts as you’ll be able to watch him close up on our BIG SCREEN in the Park.

Leading up to Sat 30th Aug, our ‘Community Talent Days’ continue every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday with lots of fantastic entertainment between 12pm – 4pm and hosted by ‘Pete Pinnington Presents.’
