The ‘Warrington Adult Learners’ Awards 2015’ were recently held at The Fir Grove Hotel, Grappenhall with AV, Photography & Hosting services provided by ‘Pete Pinnington Presents’.
The awards celebrate the achievements of the Warrington Adult Learners and reward their excellence.
The event was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Warrington – Councillor Faisal Rashid, Head of Service for WBC Community Employment, Learning & Skills – Penny Owen and hosted by Wire FM Breakfast Show Presenter – Dominic Walker. Before the awards were announced, guests enjoyed a performance by a local Irish dance group.
Alongside individual & group nominations, awards were also presented to:

- The Family Learning Award – Winner – Samantha Griffiths
- The Family Learning Award – Group Winner – The Orchard Family Learning EAL Group
- The Apprentice of the Year Award – Jamie Baker
