We’ve had lots of fun planning and delivering a corporate ‘Wild West’ themed party for one of our corporate clients. This was in order to support the company’s annual summer staff party. We proposed a few themes and it was our ‘Wild West’ concept which won them over!
The company director wanted to host the event on his home grounds. So we made a few visits to view the space and how best we could transform it to fit the theme. For outside, we provided the festoon lighting, furniture and hog roast. We also provided a VW Campervan mobile bar, Wild West props and entertainment. This including a rodeo bull, shooting gallery and cactus hoopla. We then transformed one of the site buildings into a barn with bunting, bales of hay, stage, star-cloth backdrop, sound, lighting, DJ and one of our amazing Dolly Parton tribute’s providing the live entertainment.
