We’ve had lots of fun planning and delivering a ‘Wild West’ themed event for another of our corporate clients. To support the company’s annual summer staff party, we proposed a few themes and it was our ‘Wild West’ concept which won them over!

The company director wanted to host the event on his home grounds, so we made a few visits to view the space and how best we could transform it to fit the theme. For outside, we provided the festoon lighting, furniture, hog roast, VW Campervan mobile bar, Wild West props and entertainment including a rodeo bull, shooting gallery and cactus hoopla. We then transformed one of the site buildings into a barn with bunting, bales of hay, stage, star-cloth backdrop, sound, lighting, DJ and one of our amazing Dolly Parton tribute’s providing the live entertainment.
